Purex with Zout can be used in any machine, including HE machines. I have used it and love it. It smells really good and cleans really well. It can be used as both a pre-treater and a detergent. I like that it saves me money, cause I don't have to buy a pre-treater. I don't have an HE machine so I can't tell you how it would work in one, but I don't think you will be disappointed with the product.

DH and I write down everything we spend. I mean every penny. It really helps us to see where the money is going and makes us less apt to spend if we know we have to write it down. It's the whole accountability thing I guess. I can't spend $5 on candy or starbucks hot chocolate and just not tell DH. He's gonna see it on the chart.
